Leonard Feld
Currently serving as an Advisor at the Danish Institute for Human Rights in Copenhagen, Leonard specialises in EU regulatory developments concerning business and human rights. His expertise spans various fields of law, covering international, EU, and national law and guidance on human rights and environmental due diligence, the prevention and remediation of forced labor, and sustainability reporting. In particular, he holds proficient knowledge of the upcoming EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D or CSDDD), the EU Forced Labor Ban, and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
Leonard holds a German law degree (First State Examination in Law) from the University of Bonn, as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) and a Ph.D. from the European University Institute. Furthermore, he has completed a Postdoc at the University of Southern Denmark.
